Our providers guarantee onsite Physical Medicine and Rehab clinical rounds by a specialty trained Physician, APN, or PA. 

Our Physicians are Double Board Certified in PM&R and Brain Injury Medicine. We have a comprehensive program to address patients needing this subspecialty. 

Patients who are struggling with pain don't get the maximum value out of their therapy regime. Our team is on-site to address pain in real time. 

A fall at home, in the hospital, or the SNF is more often than not a preventable event. Our providers create a plan and help the therapists, nurses, and patient execute on it. 

Both Short Term and Long Term patients often struggle with control of their bowel and bladder. We are here to ensure that the therapy process addresses these needs so that residents can gain back their independence and dignity.
